Indications
For the treatment of:
Swine: Anaerobic bacterial infections (e.g., colitis), Balantidium coli infections.
Poultry (Chickens/Ducks): Histomoniasis, coccidiosis coinfections, anaerobic enteritis, salpingitis.
Dosage and Administration:
Swine: 20 mg per kg body weight (10 ml per 100 kg) by intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) injection, once daily for 35 days.
Poultry: 10 mg per kg body weight (5 ml per 100 kg) by intramuscular (IM) injection. Repeat after 24 hours for severe infections.
Contraindications:
Do not use in ruminants (cattle, sheep, goats), horses, or pregnant animals.
Do not use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
Precautions:
Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
Do not use if the solution is discolored or contains sediment.
Withdrawal Period:
Poultry (Chickens, Ducks): Meat-5 days.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (20–25 °C), protected from light. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
